These lines!

Me sano, me respiro.

I heal, I breathe.

Me respiro, me libero.

I breathe, I release.

Me libero, me sano.

I release, I heal

.....

I have lost so much of the Spanish I'd learned and this was such a joy to read aloud to myself - fun to test my translation skills and beautiful to whisper the needed affirmations in English and Spanish... really making sure they get into my being - your love letter to yourself is a gift to me as well 🙏🏿 🫶🏿

Yes that line is such a powerful reminder that healing requires us to release and let go of anything that doesn’t serve us!

“I breathe, I release. I release, I heal.” Your Grandma Jackie’s legacy and powerful spirit is present in these words. Reading this, I imagined her breathing, healing and releasing with you. I cannot wait to read the many books you will write together.

Thank you for showing us what love, vulnerability and healing looks like. Yes to all of these countries and beyond - global experiences that last an eternity. 💕🫶🏽

Jasmine tears fill my eyes as I read your comment. I love the imagery of what you shared. Yes as I release and heal, she does too!

The line about my grandma is one of my favorite lines. She has always been a major force in my life, and I never wanted to imagine life without her.

Thank you so much for your loving words and speaking to the depth of me and my grandma’s love!

Going back to your first comment. Yesss to breathing and releasing. Releasing what weights us down is so necessary as often as possible. Sometimes I hold so much in.

I don’t believe in coincidence, I’ve been traveling recently, and this post mentions a couple of my stops. I recall sitting in the beach and thinking, shift and release. And I recall an internal shift. It’s really difficult to articulate in this little space, but this posting is like a universal nod… I really appreciate it too!

Wow, divine timing and serendipity at work. If those words fully articulate your connection to this piece!!

I felt led to share it this week. I wrote it weeks ago.

Tell me more, where are you traveling? Also I just added a paid subscription, I plan to host Q&A sessions. Our convo would be perfect for this! I’m also thinking about a podcast. So many ideas brewing!!
